Privacy Policy

When you submit a booking, registration or contact form we collect the details you provide: player name, age, parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, club, preferred training days and any notes you add.

If you purchase merchandise, payment and shipping details are collected and processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.

To respond to enquiries, confirm sessions and schedule training.

To process registrations, payments and order fulfilment.

To send you information about your player's program. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Form submissions are stored securely in our backend and emailed to zachverhoven@gmail.com so we can respond. Access is limited to Zach Verhoven and anyone directly assisting with coaching administration.

Our programs are for youth players. Registration details for players under the age of majority must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who consents to our use of that information for coaching and administration.

We use Stripe for payments and standard web hosting and email delivery services. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email zachverhoven@gmail.com and we will action the request.
